Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Care Instructions
The proper way to put on and take off your bracelet is to roll it on and off in a funnel motion to avoid excessive stretching. While your Serenati bracelet was designed on strong, high quality stretch cord, excessive pulling, yanking or stretching the bracelet will cause it to snap. To keep your bracelet looking its best, please follow the below care instructions:

Remove your bracelets before being exposed to chlorine or salt water. These can lead to the stones becoming dull and the bracelet deteriorating more quickly.

Remove your bracelet before sleeping and participating in vigorous physical activity.
​
Avoid direct contact with hairspray, makeup, lotion and perfume.
​
Store your bracelets in your Serenati pouch to keep other items from scratching the surface of the beads.
​
To clean your bracelet wipe it with a soft, damp cloth and dry immediately.
